The last two week of December, John and I spent time finishing some projects around the house.We decided to trade the kids rooms so Michele could have more privacy ;we put Daniel & David in the room that used to be Michele's Room. We put up some bead board around the room and painted it. As for the rest of the room, we painted green. I decided to paint the beds red and a khaki color on the bead board. We were supposed to use a light green, but it ended up turning in to dark green when it dried, but we still loved it! We found a good deal on the khaki color because they had it at Lowe's for 5 bucks for a gallon because they were mis-tinted. We put a red beam across the room to separate the green and tan. I've finished putting up their names and decorations and it is definitely is 100% boys room. I finished painting Michele's room but it's not quite done so I will post pictures when I finish.

Yes, I agree, 100% boys room. What a fun, warm, and comfortable environment you have created for them. Are they good friends - Daniel and David? It would be so nice if we could see you guys. Looks like you had a nice Christmas. You do have such a great family. Hope you're all doing well. Love you guys.
