Mashed Potatoes & Pork Chops
Today is John's Birthday. We celebrated it yesterday. I cooked a delicious dinner and John Jr. made the cake. Last night, John & I went to the Hispanic "Club Karamba" to dance.We had a really great time. We danced till 12:30!

Wow! You guys are partiers dancing till after midnight! Sounds like a very fun b-day.
Dexie, you are so fun to be around. I can totally see why John picked you to marry. That food looks yummy. I have stopped making food for my family since being so far along, and that dinner you made looks delicious! I can't wait till I feel like cooking again. I'm sure my family can't wait either!!:)
