Wheat Pancakes
Last Night we grinded wheat because the kids wanted me to make wheat pancakes. This morning I made some whole-wheat pancakes. Believe it or not but they were SO good! I'm proud of myself. The kids Loved them. Don't ask about the recipe because I don't use recipes,I go with the flow (I just put stuff together)I don't really know how to explain it. Thats how I was taught to cook in Honduras.

I don't think I could ever make something without a recipe (well of a mix!) I switched to wheat panckes a few years back, and I LOVE them too!
Dexy, those look good! You should try the wheat pancake recipe on my blog. My girls love them! I can't believe you don't use recipes! Well...now that I've been cooking a lot, I could probably throw a meal together without following a recipe.
MMMMMMMMMMMM these look delicious, I am hungry. I wish I could cook without a recipe.
You are lucky that you can just toss stuff in there and make it turn out... if i try that a lot of times, i am looking for a recipe to redeem my cooking reputation!! :) I even have to check back in recipes that I have made a million times... I tend to forget the little things! ;)
